Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other sections of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the first information report. The names of the petitioners figured in para- 13 and 56 of the case diary. The Deputy Superintendent of Police supervised the case and the supervision note is at para-56 of the case dairy. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Learned Special P.P. did not dispute the fact. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief
