Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302/201/34 of the I.P.C. was added. The petitioner is under suspicion to have abducted to the brother of the informant, as he was friend of the victim.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2017 and no other material came during investigation against the petitioner. Investigation is complete now. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2523 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ramgarhwa Police Station Case No.78 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
