Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), 38(i), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The seizure list reflects recovery of 795.92 liters of foreign liquor.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because she is mother of Ravi Kumar. The allegations, whatsoever, are against said Ravi Kumar. Seizure list also suggests that there is no recovery from the conscious possession

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
