JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his application for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 439 of 2013 arising out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 376 of 2012 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31076 of 2014. For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 22.09.2014, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application is rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
