2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bond by modification of order dated 11.02.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 37161 of 2014 in terms of which the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail with one of the conditions that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 1,98,480/- in four monthly instalments subject to the final result of the trial.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that owing to fracture of the leg, the petitioner could not surrender and deposit the amount within the time granted by the Court, but is now in a position to deposit the amount of Rs. 1,98,480/- .

4. In the interest of justice, the time granted to comply with the conditions of anticipatory bail in terms of order dated 11.02.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 37161 of 2014 is extended by eight weeks from today.
