The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three unknown criminals snatched Rs. 50,000/- from the pocket of the informant showing him arms. The miscreants also snatched Rs. 1500/- from the pocket of one Md. Ehsan. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. He has not been put on Test Identification Parade. There is no recovery of

On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner has been named in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Kumar Khand (Belari O.P.)
