2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 2, 9, 39, 43, 44, 49(A), 49(B), 50 and 51 of Wild Life Protection Act.
3. On a secret information that some persons are hunting "Nilgai" by laying traps, the informant with his team reached at the place of occurrence and arrested one Tufail Alam and seized a dead "Nilgai" and the arrested co-accused disclosed the name of petitioner and others, as his associates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who was apprehended on spot. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Forest Case No. 88 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
