2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of killing the deceased.

4. Subsequently, during investigation it has come that it was an accidental death and the petitioner is not involved in the crime and the charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa/ concerned Court in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.
