JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of the impugned order that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Shanker Kumar. Petitioner does have some criminal antecedent but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was remanded in some cases which had been lodged against unknown persons. Moreover, nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 17.05.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
