2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons under the conspiracy killed the daughter of the informant due to non-

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. He next submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this only on the basis of suspicion. Except suspicion there is nothing on record to show the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence . Police after investigation has already submitted chargesheet. The witnesses in Para 34, 35, 44 and 45 of the case dairy has not supported the prosecution case . Petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2023 .

5. Counsel for the informant apposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submitted that during investigation it has come that blood stain knife and dupatta were recovered from place of occurrence.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and investigation is completed and chargesheet has already been submitted and clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.I, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera
