Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Madhuresh Kumar and subsequently, petitioner was arrested and he, too, made his confessional statement. It appears that except the above stated confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co- accused Madhuresh Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 4.7.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 25836/2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
