JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Gandhi Maidan PS Case No. 449 of 2017 registered under Section 382 of the IPC. Submission is that except confessional statement made by the petitioner before the police there is no other material against him.

Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case but the petitioner was not put on TIP and before institution of the present case there was no criminal antecedent and only after being framed as accused in the present case has been made accused in two other cases. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Abhishekh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM cum Sub Judge VI, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan PS Case No. 449 of 2017.
