The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 562 of 2020 dt. 31.10.2020 registered under Sections 379 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2020 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel further submits that the informant alleges that he had parked his motorcycle and gone to see his agricultural field and when he returned, he found that his motorcycle was not standing there, as such the present F.I.R. came to be instituted against unknown regarding theft of the motorcycle. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29435 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 submits that the motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which Town P.S. Case No. 613 of 2020 has been instituted.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2020 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 562 of 2020.
