In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Case No. CC239 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 47 'A' of the Excise Act. The allegation has been made that 3 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in jail since 10.06.2016.

Looking to the period of the custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
