Petitioner is an accused in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 2062 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. However, on perusal of record, it appears that the petitioner's mobile is not connected with other mobile by which crime is committed. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2019.

Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17238 of 2020(8) dt.21-12-2020 2/2 petitioner has criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 242 of 2019.
