The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 122/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2018. He has clean antecedent. In the written report, it is alleged that one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55782 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.)
