2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 552 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/341/323/324/307/420/385/327 / 379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have injured one of the victims. Similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail vide order dated 14.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16461 of 2024. The petitioner is in jail since 19.12.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of
