The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Falka P.S. Case No.371 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. Father and son are the petitioners before this Court. Petitioner no.1 is a school teacher and petitioner no.2, who is a student, is appearing in the competitive examination. There is case and counter case between the parties and the informant has not sustained any injury.

Accordingly, let petitionerd, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Katihar in connection with Falka P.S. Case No.371 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
