Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Diwakar Das. The said Diwakar Das was arrested and made his confessional statement. However, the said Diwakar Das has already been granted privilege of bail by this court and it appears that except the confessional statements as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
