Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2-385/18/507/18 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no concern with liquor in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58373 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District JudgeII-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2-385/18/507/18.
