JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). A direction may be given to the respondent no.4 and 5 i.e. the District Education Officer, Patna and the Block Education Officer, Danapur, Patna for giving information with regard to the appointment of Mahendra Prasad @ Maninder Rai on the post of Middle School Teacher at Middle School Sipahi Bhagat, Danapur who was appointed as Middle School Teacher on the basis of fake certificate.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5795 of 2024(2) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 (ii). A further direction may be given to the respondents for giving information to the petitioner as demanded under RTI Act about (a) Selection letter copy (b)A Educational Certificate Copy (c) Transfer letter along with discharge letter."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
