The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.12.2019, passed by the learned court of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Munger in Complaint no. 558 of 2019, by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 354, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners
