Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and the alleged recovery is forged one prepared at the police station. He has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2018.

Case No. 110 of 2018.
