Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.165 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 448, 308, 379, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between both the parties and both parties have sustained injuries. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Case No.165 of 2021, G.R. No.1493 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
