Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.165 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 448, 308, 379, 325 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between both the parties and both parties have sustained injuries. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.20302 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 Having considered the above submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.165 of 2021, G.R. No.1493 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
