ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 324 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395/412 I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is the driver of the truck which was allegedly looted by some persons. It is submitted that some of the persons were subsequently arrested who have taken the name of the petitioner as the participant of the said occurrence. Learned counsel, however, submits that other similarly situated co-accused persons, whose names has come in the confessional statement of one of the accused persons, has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 4553 of 2015 vide order dated 27.05.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33005 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and because the petitioner is similarly placed, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
