The petitioner seeks bail in Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 142.500 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Honda City Car. Petitioner is said to be driver of the aforesaid Car. Petitioner is in custody since 8.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
