13-03-2015 Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending her arrest in Bairiya P.S. Case No.36 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that from perusal of F.I.R. itself, it is evident that civil dispute has been given colour of criminal offence. He submits that it is hardly a case of land dispute.

Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have also perused the materials available on record. In view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Most. Laxmi Devi,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40214 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No.36 of 2013 subject to condition as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
