The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 363, 366A, 379(A), 370(d), 372, 373, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 of Immoral Traffic Act and Section 4/8 of POCSO Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she has engaged the victim girls in the business of flesh trade by inducing them and used to take house hold work from them and kept them in the house of one Kanku Yadav by hiding them and used to distribute all the money earned from the business of flesh trade. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2016. The charge sheet has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34585 of 2016 (4) dt.30-09-2016 2/2 been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim girls were examined under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. but they have not named the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 32603 of 2016. On behalf of the state and counsel for the informant, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and she is involved in the flesh trade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015.
