2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 6/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 406 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P.Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner and the Opposite Party No.2 are husband and wife and they are ready to enter into an mutual agreement for amicable settlement of their matrimonial relationship and on this ground, the petitioner has already been released on provisional bail, vide order dated 18.10.2024.

4. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, as well as, taking the information given on behalf of the petitioner, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 18.10.2024 is made absolute so that he can save his matrimonial relationship.
