Petitioner is in custody in connection with Basnahi PS Case No. 45 of 2017 registered under Sections 307/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The specific allegation against the petitioner is of opening fire arm to the injured Birbal Yadav due to land dispute.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury is not on the vital part of the party and the petitioner has been in custody for the last six months.

Having considered the specific allegation against the petitioner at present the prayer for bail stands rejected. The petitioner may renew the prayer for bail after six months.
