2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, when the informant was returning from Hariharganj after taking the medicine, in the meantime, two accused persons in drunken condition tried to stop the vehicle of the informant and they abused the informant by taking name and threatened the informant on mobile to kill him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and there is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence. He next submits that during investigation no sign of any firing nor any incriminating article has been recovered from the place of occurrence. There is case and counter case between the parties.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below, within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 196 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
