Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on TI Parade. Investigation of the case is already complete. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57360 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Lalganj Police Station Case No. 271 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
