Pursuant to order dated 30.06.2015, a report has been received from the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya under letter No. 993/Legal Cell dated 13.07.2015 in which besides other things it has been stated that chargesheet has been submitted on 16.10.2013, 04.07.2015 and 13.07.2015 against the three accused who have been found to

In view of the aforesaid, since the prayer in the writ petition was to direct the respondents to conduct fair investigation and take proper action against the private respondents and the police having concluded the investigation and submitted chargesheet against the three accused and also arrested/remanded them, this Court does not deem it necessary to keep the matter pending.

Accordingly, the application having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
