Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 28 of Arms Act. The police arrested some other co-accused persons on information that they were planning to commit some crime. The petitioner was not arrested at the spot. However, during investigation came up that an empty bag was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. One co-accused, namely, Sunil Mahto @ Sunil Kumar arrested at the spot has already been allowed regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 09.11.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 52266/2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58096 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhairabsthan Police Station Case No.69 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
