Petitioner seeks bail in Mushahari P.S. Case No.108 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411 Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is said to be in custody since 22.05.2018. It is alleged that the informant had gone to purchase vegetables after parking his motorcycle. In the meantime, one person came and started the motorcycle. He proceeded towards west. The informant chased him and this petitioner was caught. He was produced before the police.
It has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55577 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody as well as his clean antecedents, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge, VI-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Mushahari P.S.
