Petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No.229 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 414/34 Indian Penal Code, Sections 30, 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 19.200 litres country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In the seizure list, it is alleged that recovery was made from Kaithwali Charmuhani. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 22.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56858 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S.
