2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This petitioner is said to have caused fire arms injury in the stomach of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the injury report is of the private hospital, as such, the same has no legal value. There is delay of 38 days in lodging of the FIR and there is no explanation of delay which itself creates doubt over the veracity of the allegation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.
