Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are; mother-in-law and sisterin-law (Bhabhi) of the deceased respectively and the accusation against them is that they along with other accused, poisoned to deceased due to non-fulfillment of illegal demand of dowry.
