2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Paroo (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 366 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 34 of the IPC.

3. It is a case of dowry death. The petitioner is husband. There is allegation that the petitioner and his family members committed dowry death of the deceased for nonfulfillment of demand of a Apache motorcycle despite customary presents worth Rs. 5 lakhs and cash of Rs. 3 lakh was given to them.

5. A report regarding stage of trial was called for from the court below which is available with the record which shows that the trial will be concluded within a period of six weeks.

6. It appears that the trial is on the verge of conclusion.
