JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 15.10.2011 passed in case No. 228 of 2010, by the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.
