JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-03-2023 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. This application is filed for quashing the order dated 18.12.2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in complaint Case No. 267C/2012 whereby and whereunder the learned Court below take the cognizance under section 323, 379, 498(A) of the I.P.C. and 4 of the D.P. Act. It appears that the order dated 18.12.2012 has been challenged in year 2015 i.e. about delay of about three years without any satisfactory explanation.
