While prosecution party was engaged in dismantling the furnace, apparatus and raw materials meant for preparing illicit wine, it has been alleged that the persons assembled there ran away and during course thereof, Chaukidar disclosed the identity of petitioners along with others.

Though petitioners have got criminal antecedents being accused in similar kind of offence since before, but considering the nature of allegation, petitioners, namely, Pappu Yadav, Nagendra Yadav and Bhura Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sandeep Patel, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parasbigha PS Case No. 24/2016. perwez (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) U T
