2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of remuneration for the period the petitioner has worked as Guest Teacher (Mathematics).

3. The respondents have appointed the petitioner as Guest Teacher (Mathematics) and he has discharged the responsibility as Guest Teacher (Mathematics), then the respondents are under legal and moral obligation to ensure payment of remuneration to the petitioner for the period he has worked as Guest Teacher (Mathematics).

4. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the record to ascertain the period of working of the petitioner as Guest Teacher (Mathematics) in the school, in question, and ensure payment of remuneration to the petitioner for the period he has worked.

5. Necessary decision as to the entitlement of the petitioner and payment of remuneration must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. So far as other grievance of the petitioner is concerned, he shall raise his grievance before the appropriate authority by filing representation.

7. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
