The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 112/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There are specific allegation against the petitioner No. 2 who is the mother-in-law of the deceased of torturing and demand of dowry, her prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

So far as petitioner No. 1 is concerned, he is brother

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28857 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 of the husband of the deceased (Dewar) and considering the status and allegations against him, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 1 Golu Yadav be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 112/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
