The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Kotwali (Tilka Manjhi) P.S. Case No.527 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got clean antecedent. So far as the present case is concerned, petitioner has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2017, but without identification and no TIP has been conducted after arrest to connect this petitioner in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.329 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 present case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilka Majhi) P.S. Case No.527 of 2017, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
