The petitioner seeks bail in Asthawan P.S. Case No. 114/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 328 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is Nanad of the deceased. She is in custody since 17.06.2018. In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56501 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VIth, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 114/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
