JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 29/18, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 494, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happen no. 1 is father in law of informant, petitioner no. 2 is brother in law of informant, petitioner no. 3 is the second wife of husband of the informant and petitioner no. 4 is the wife of petitioner no. 2 and allegation against them is of torture to informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21582 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 that they are in laws and no specific allegation has been attributed to them and husband of the informant has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Begusarai, in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 29/18, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
