The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 355 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 64.800 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the orchard of one Pawan Kumar.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got nothing to do with the alleged recovery.

Counsel for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedents of similar nature.
