Perused the office notice from which it transpires that this revision application stood rejected as against the opposite party nos.12 and 13 for non-compliance of the order dated 17.07.2015 and the matter has been placed today for

consideration when this revision application can proceed in absence of the opposite party nos.12 and 13 on record. The learned counsel for the petitioner could not show that this revision application can proceed even in absence of the opposite party nos.12 and 13 as parties in this revision application. In this view of the matter, this revision application is dismissed as incompetent.
