The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 427 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

The informant alleged that on 23-7-2014 the accused persons came and started removing the hut of the informant and they also abused and tried to outrage her modesty. It is submitted that the occurrence is of 23-7-2014, but the F.I.R. was lodged on 1-9-2014. The husband of the informant lodged a Complaint on 24-7-2014 in which the names of the

Considering the aforesaid facts, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar(Ind) P.S. Case No. 120 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
